Make a Referral

If you are considering making a referral, please know that this could be the first step in supporting the well-being of a colleague. Getting help for a healthcare professionals will in turn help the patients that they serve.  While the decision to make a referral can be challenging, referring a peer is a courageous act of compassion and concern.

• Anyone can make a confidential referral to OhioPHP

• As a license holder, healthcare employer, or hospital, you may be required to identify another licensed healthcare professional with a condition, physical or mental, that may affect their ability to practice.  Oftentimes this referral can be made directly to OhioPHP.
