Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board
The Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board developed a safe haven program for all licensees and applicants. The safe haven program is a confidential path for individuals to seek help for burnout, mental health or substance use disorders and a therapeutic alternative to regulatory awareness. Any licensee or applicant who needs assistance with burnout, behavioral health, mental health or substance use disorder or other medical conditions is eligible to participate in the safe haven program.​

To Access Free Continuing Education
The Ohio Board Speech and Hearing Professionals Board has approved 1 continuing education hour for OhioPHP's safe haven program training.
To access this free continuing education, watch the training to the right. Once completed, you must take the post-test survey (link below) and receive at least a 70%.
