Troy Z. Hoffman, MS, LPCC

Troy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who coordinates activities related to healthcare professionals participating in OhioPHP’s Safe Haven and Confidential Monitoring Programs. He also conducts well-being screenings, provides treatment recommendations, and facilitates clinical communication within the organization. As a clinician, Troy has experience working in community-based substance use and mental health treatment with both adolescents and adults. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Marshall University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana State University.
