Tara M. Hart, PMHNP-BC, CARN-AP

Tara is responsible for facilitating and overseeing all monitoring services for the organization. Throughout her career, she has focused on well-being and behavioral health. She has worked in direct care and administration, serving the community and professionals/safety-sensitive workers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University, an associate degree in Nursing from Central Ohio Technical College, a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Ohio University, and a master’s degree in Nursing from The Ohio State University. Tara is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified in Addictions Nursing as an Advanced Practice Provider.
