Program Assistant

Olivia is responsible for providing administrative support to all aspects of clinical services. She supports the monitoring team by handling reports related to clinical notes and toxicology program results, in addition to overseeing confidentiality protocols. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and is currently working toward a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walsh University. She is passionate about research and awareness regarding mental health, holistic wellness, and burnout.
