Kayla Tomak, LISW-S

Kayla facilitates and oversees activities related to healthcare professionals participating in OhioPHP’s monitoring programs. She has clinical experience working with people who have mental health and substance use disorders in the outpatient setting. She has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Social Work from the Ohio State University. She is an independently licensed social worker.
