Gita Habilaj, PMHNP-BC, AGPCNP-BC Gita is an Adult-Gero Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a nurse, she has worked in direct care and upon completion of her studies, she focused in community substance use treatment and mental health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Ohio State University. She studied nursing at the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in nursing, master's degree in nursing, and a post master's certification in psychiatry/mental health.
