Avianna Vigil, LSW

Treatment Coordinator

In her role at OhioPHP, Avianna tracks participants through their treatment journey. Avianna facilitates communication with treatment providers and obtains documentation as participants prepare to enter the monitoring program. Avianna is a Licensed Social Worker with experience in nonprofit community mental health and addiction services. Avianna received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
